Fried Makhanas that add up to your fasting

We all love eating Makhanas as it is considered to be the best healthy munchies of all times. So, here’s a small recipe for Makhana lovers who would be fasting this Navratri. 

 

Ingredients: 

3 cups of Makhana

3 tablespoon ghee

½ teaspoon pepper powder

1 teaspoon rock salt (Sendha namak)

 

Method: 

Step 1: Take a kadai and 3 tablespoons of Ghee in it. 

Step 2: Add 3 cups of Makhana to it and saute. 

Step 3: Add ½ teaspoon pepper powder and1 teaspoon rock salt (Sendha namak) and saute again. 

Step 4: Serve hot with chai.
