Ingredients:
1 cup of crumbled paneer
2 cups of condensed milk
3-4 cardamom pods
½ cup of mixed nuts slivered (almonds, pistachios)

Method:

Step 1: Take a heavy bottom pan and add condensed milk and cook till it’s warm.

Step 2: Add the crumbled paneer to the warm and caramelised condensed milk and stir continuously to avoid burning.

Step 3: Make sure that the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.

Step 4: Turn off the flame and transfer the mixture to a greased plate, and spread it with a thickness of 3/4th inch.

Step 5: Smooth the top with a spatula and put slivered mixed nuts over it. Pat gently so that the nuts get stuck on it.

Step 6: Refrigerate it for a couple of hours or more and cut it into desired shapes and serve.
