Marcelo Bielsa to leave Leeds with relegation scrap looming

Marcelo Bielsa is on the verge of leaving Leeds United after suffering a fifth loss in six Premier League matches, according to The Guardian’s Fabrizio Romano.

Leeds’ 4-0 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday was apparently enough to bring Bielsa’s three-and-a-half-year spell to an end.

The loss drops the Yorkshire outfit to 16th place, just two points above the relegation zone.

Former RB Leipzig manager Jesse Marsch is reportedly the leading candidate to replace Bielsa at the helm.
